About the Instructor
I am a professional geophysicist, with 30 years of work experience. I graduated in 1990 as Gold Medallist from University of Roorkee (Now IIT-Roorkee) completing my M. Tech. (Applied Geophysics). Since then, I have carried out geophysical investigations for more than 2000 projects including projects in India, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Bhutan, Kuwait, etc.
I have the privilege of pioneering use of crosshole tomography in India in 1998.
I am invited regularly to training geophysicists on the latest techniques by various departments and organizations. Also invited as a trainer for geophysics applications by companies located abroad, and have conducted training in Singapore, Saudi Arab, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, etc. Till date I have conducted 128 training programs on Geophysics for various companies in 9 countries, training more than 1000 personnel.
